Why Are Students Abroad (even from developing countries) Better Educated Than Their American Counterparts? - japan pre teen hit

* Re: Graduate

In general, the students from Germany, Japan, Ukraine, India and others seem to be more educated than the typical teenager Schorsch. Despite the complaints about lack of funding for public schools to give the United States more money for schools in many places - and yet students are falling behind.

Even when I travel abroad, I have a thorough understanding of the "Education Abroad". While the Americans (with the exception of Native Americans), we develop all the ancestors from the countries now seem to mind, relatively speaking, so there should be no less than DNA!

I am 17 years old, and during the search in other countries, and note that most teenagers discuss issues (I will not generalize) American teenagers do not even think about it.

Most Europeans are bilingual. This is not the case in the United States, even with a growing population of immigrants.

Yes, there are bright uneducated Americans and foreigners, but on a larger scale, why not with others?
